Built in the late 1800's, the historic Riesel Hardware and Lumber Co. served the surrounding communities for many years. After it closed its doors, it was purchased by the Hall's. Attempting to preserve the unique and original qualities of the lumberyard while incorporating the family's love for antiques, the 10,000 sq foot event venue was decorated with rustic antique furniture, trinkets, and artwork. It contains the original hardwood floors and artesian well, and was named after the first post office in Riesel, Texas. 

Prospect Hall is available for public rental. It is the perfect spot to host your business parties, wedding receptions, holiday parties, and more! Custom catering and full bar service is available and we provide our own TABC licensed bartenders and waitstaff to accommodate your every need.

The venue is located just 15 minutes from downtown Waco, at 200 E. Frederick Street.
